4. No Guarantee of Returns

5. Client Responsibility

5.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated personal and financial information to Quoin Ventures LLP.
5.2 Any financial decisions made by the Client based on Quoin Ventures LLP’s advisory are at the Client’s discretion and risk.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

6.1 Quoin Ventures LLP maintains strict confidentiality of client data and does not disclose information to third parties without client consent, except where required by law.
6.2 By using our services, clients consent to the storage, processing, and use of their personal and financial information for the purpose of advisory and regulatory compliance.

7. Charges & Compensation

7.1 Quoin Ventures LLP does not charge advisory fees directly to clients for most services.
7.2 Quoin Ventures LLP is compensated through commissions received from AMCs and financial product providers. The percentage is minimal and disclosed transparently to the client.
7.3 Any change in compensation model (e.g., fee-based advisory) will be communicated in advance and agreed upon with the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Quoin Ventures LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from investment decisions based on our advisory.
8.2 Quoin Ventures LLP is not responsible for losses due to market volatility, global events, or third-party service providers (AMCs, fund houses, custodians, etc.).
8.3 The Client acknowledges that investment involves risk, and Quoin Ventures LLP’s role is limited to advisory and facilitation.

9. Regulatory Compliance

9.1 Quoin Ventures LLP operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws and SEBI regulations and AMFI guidelines.
9.2 Clients are expected to comply with all applicable local and international regulations when making investments through Quoin Ventures LLP.
9.3 Any regulatory changes impacting services will be communicated to the Client promptly.

10. Communication

10.1 Quoin Ventures LLP may communicate with clients via email, SMS, app notifications, or phone.
10.2 Clients must ensure their contact information is updated at all times.
10.3 Communication sent to the registered email/mobile shall be deemed delivered.

11. Termination of Services

11.1 Quoin Ventures LLP reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to services in case of misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
11.2 Clients may discontinue services anytime by notifying Quoin Ventures LLP in writing.
11.3 Upon termination, Quoin Ventures LLP will ensure smooth closure or transfer of the client’s investments without affecting ownership.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12.3 Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation before approaching courts.

13. Amendments

13.1 Quoin Ventures LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website/app.
13.2 Continued use of Quoin Ventures LLP’s services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
